Clear Un-dyed with National Marker Gas Oil can be supplied to Yachts, subject to the following Yacht Regulations for Bunkering:
Private Yachts.: - If any private yacht is not locally based & although same would be arriving from any other Port, be it EU or non-EU, we are able to supply duty-free plus VAT, provided we and the Captain/Master of the said yacht abide by the following rules and regulations.
1) The next Port of call for this said yacht must be a anon-EU Port, ex. Gibraltar, Tunisia, Croatia, Turkey etc.
2) The Captain/Master must sign a declaration clearly indicating their next Port of Call being a non-EU Port and must submit clear evidence from Customs & Police Immigration of that said non-EU Port after their arrival there. This documentation is to be e-mailed of faxed to us immediately upon arrival there.
3) Said Yacht must not return to Malta within one month from taking on bunkers and also sign declaration to this effect.
4) After Malta the said Yacht must proceed directly to its non-EU Port.
5) Fuel will be delivered 24 Hours before sailing date and time of this said yacht.
Commercial Yachts: -
1) Yacht Captains/Masters must produce a copy of the yachts registration document clearly stating that the Yacht is a Commercial vessel.
2) Yacht Captains/Masters must provide a copy of a “Charter Party Contract” say for example in Italy or South of France.
3) The date of the Charter must be as close as possible to the date & time that the said yacht is “picking-up” bunkers in Malta.
4) Should that said Yacht be unable to provide a Charter Party Contract, then the Captain must declare and proceed to a non-EU Port after Malta within one Month.
5) Customs & Police Immigration evidence in way of Documentation is also required as in private yachts and must be e-mailed or faxed to us immediately upon arrival in that non-EU Port.
